What’s the Dealio with Nootropics?

I’ve been hearing a lot about brain enhancing supplements lately, otherwise known as nootropics. Sounds a bit hokey to me but I sure could use some help with brain fog. How do you actually choose which ones work the best? I was reading about one of the one’s on Amazon from Windmill Health but it didn’t look like the ingredients were all that potent when compared to other products.

Plus according to this article on the side effects of windmill health focus formula it also has a bunch of non essential ingredients so my search continues… I’ll keep you updated on what I find.
